Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account dashboard or via the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email.
Who appears on my card statement?
The charge is made by Paddle (e.g., PADDLE.NET* EVERCENE, according to the descriptor configured in Paddle).
Do you issue invoices?
Paddle issues the receipt/invoice for each payment.
How do I set up the automations?
The entire setup of agents and automations is carried out by Evercene’s own consultant, with your approval at every step and every integration.
Where is my data stored?
The Service is hosted on Evercene’s own (contracted) VPS server, and data is stored in a database on Evercene’s own infrastructure. To run agents, content may be sent to the AI providers Anthropic, OpenAI and SpaceXAI, which do not use your data to train models; payments are processed by Paddle. Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards provided in the LGPD. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and monitoring, and account data is kept while the account is active and for up to 30 days after closure. See the Privacy Policy.
